If you would like us to have a little more involvement, we offer our Management option, which includes everything from the previous two levels as well as managing all leasehold issues and repairs, paying regular visits to the property to ensure everything is in order, and providing you with monthly accounts. For those landlords who wish to save as much time as possible, our Full Management option is the perfect solution. This encompasses all the services we have mentioned, but we will also deal with freehold issues, arrange all required capital repairs and handle insurance claims.
