Tate Residential acheives the highest accolade awarded by Plimsoll Analysis

Just this week,  to keep our New Year at the right pace,  Tate Residential has been rated as “STRONG” in a new analysis of the UK’s 1500 largest Estate Agents. This is the highest accolade Plimsoll awards and reflects our excellent performance over the last 12 months.

They go on to state – ‘What is more impressive is that you have achieved this in a difficult marketplace where 265 of your competitors are in financial danger and a record number are making a loss’.

The Plimsoll Analysis – Estate Agents, individually assesses the 1500 companies using the proven Plimsoll Model. The model highlights the latest performance of each company and separates those in trouble from those getting it right. You will be surprised at some of the established names that are in real jeopardy.

Whilst no firm should ever be complacent we like to believe this further independent analysis demonstrating to Landlords, Tenants, Vendors and Purchasers alike that they can be confident in our long term future serving all our customers in years to come.
