Paul trained as a general practice surveyor from 1993. In 1997 Paul chose to specialise in the London Residential Market, leading to the foundation of Tate Residential in 2000. Paul’s detailed expertise covers sales and lettings, especially in the smooth resolution of complicated leasehold and tenancy issues that can occur throughout the sales and lettings process. Over the last 26 years Paul has seen the growth of Tate Residential as a company that focuses on our Clients’ needs in residential sales, lettings, investment, leasehold and management.
