I have owned my flat for over 7 years and have spent much of the time to date overseas. I originally let my property using a well known international estate and property management agencies, requiring their full service property management service. My requirements are simple. I wanted the agents to manage absolutely everything with as little involvement on my part. After 3 years with using a big international property management company I had had enough of their impersonal and costly service. I felt that I spent too much of my time chasing the agent up making sure they had carried out routine checks and had carried out basic requests.
