To Retrieve the £20.00 Voucher:

Client will receive a £20.00 Voucher for any of the participating restaurants once all the below is met:

1. Client must contact Tate Residential Ltd to request a free no obligation valuation and must quote the offer at the time of booking
2. Client must hand over the flyer to the agent at time of the valuation
3. Client must provide proof of freehold or leasehold (utility bills and bank statements are not accepted)
4. Client will receive a letter confirming the valuation along with the £20.00 voucher, this can take up to 5 working days

On receipt of the £20.00 Voucher:

1. Valid everyday when the participating restaurants are open. The Voucher cannot be used Friday evening's at Brady's
2. The voucher is valid for one calendar month from the issue of an unique reference number by Tate Residential Ltd
3. The Voucher entitles you to £20.00 off food and drinks, for a 2 course meal. All items are subject to availability
4. The Voucher must be taken to any of the participating restaurants and mentioned at time of ordering, presented on payment and retained by the participating restaurants. (We advise you to make a reservation at one of the participating restaurants of your choice to avoid disappointment)
5. This voucher can only be used once
6. Only one voucher can be used per table. Minimum table size of 2 people per voucher - there is no maximum
7. The offer is open to 1 meal sitting per client up to the full value of the voucher, if a voucher is only partially used, there can be no credit carried forward
8. Tate Residential Ltd and participating restaurants reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time and without prior notice

Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash
Photocopied vouchers cannot be accepted
We will process any personal data in accordance within the Data Protection Act

To retrieve the £80.00 Voucher:

Client will receive an £80.00 Voucher for any of the participating restaurants once all the below is met:

1. Full Signed Terms & Conditions at the price the property is valued at
2. On instruction to rent or sell the clients property, the client must make sure they have an EPC and Gas Safety Certificate (if needed) before we can rent their property or HIPs if they are selling their property
3. Tate Residential Ltd must act as sole agents for the property for a minimum of 8 weeks.
4. If client withdraws at any time within the 8 weeks, client must pay back the £80.00 in full to Tate Residential Ltd if they have used the voucher or return the unused voucher to Tate Residential Ltd
5. If the client turns down satisfactory applicant for an unnecessary reason, client must pay back the £80.00 in full to Tate Residential Ltd if they have used the voucher or return the unused voucher to Tate Residential Ltd

Client - Leaseholder or Freeholder who instructs Tate Residential Ltd to value their property for Sale or Let

Voucher - credit note provided by Tate Residential Ltd for the use in participating restaurants with restrictions to time frames and dates that can be presented for use.
