We Will:-
  • Visit your property to appraise it for rent achievable and works required
  • Prepare details to be circulated
  • Find a tenant and negotiate the terms of the lease for you
  • Take up references on the proposed tenant
  • Collect the first month's rent and deposit
  • Provide all documents, tenancy agreements and service of notices etc
  • Arrange for an independent inventory company to prepare an inventory and check the tenant into the property
  • Hold the deposit as stakeholder for the term of the tenancy
  • Collect the rent monthly
  • Forward the rent to your chosen bank account on the agreed date
  • Provide monthly accounts for your records
  • Undertake the administration of FICO tax registration and management
  • Advise with courses of action on persistent rent arrears offenders
