We will:-
  • Visit your property to appraise it for rent achievable and works required
  • Prepare details to be circulated
  • Find a tenant and negotiate the terms on your behalf
  • Take up references on the proposed tenant
  • Collect the first month's rent and deposit
  • Provide all documents, tenancy agreements and service of notices etc
  • Arrange for an independent inventory company to prepare an inventory and check the tenant into the property
  • Hold the deposit as stakeholder for the term of the tenancy
  • Provide monthly accounts for your records
  • Undertake the administration of FICO tax registration and management
  • Provide Property Management to manage your property 7 days a week 52 weeks a year
  • Arrange for the the Gas Safety and Electrical Tests
  • Arrange all leasehold repairs
  • Undertake regular property visits
  • Administer Capital repairs
  • Administer Freehold issues
  • Provide a key holding service for the property while it is vacant
  • Arrange for remedial works prior to letting of the property
  • Deal with any insurance claims on the property free of charge
